Returns & Refunds
If you must make a return due to a defective or unwanted product, Carpets For Less offers a 14 day return period from date of purchase.
Please note that on boxed items purchased in-store (laminate, hardwood, carpet tile, etc.) there is a 10% re-stocking fee.
We do not accept returns for vinyl, carpet, carpet with attached backing, or underlay that has been cut.
Estimates
As our customer, we’ll work for you on an installation estimate: for labour and material costs.
A Flooring Expert will work with you to have your property measured, and ensure you get exactly what you need, as well as what you want, at a value that will make you smile from ear to ear.
